In 2001, he founded a middle school boys service club, where “Man Stuff” became a cornerstone—practical, real-world conversations about life, responsibility, and character.
Over time, he saw the same challenge again and again: many young men want to succeed, but lack clear guidance and strong role models.
His work is built on a simple belief—young men thrive when they are given structure, expectations, and mentorship grounded in values.
